1-2-1 Individual Coaching

At AJH Coaching we understand that having a tailored plan can be beneficial to help you reach personal goals from running a PB, completing your first marathon or adding valuable structure to your lifestyle.

A consultation phone/video call to discuss key factors (current training, weekly commitments, work schedule and short/long term goals).

Following a consultation and from the information gained we will build a bespoke weekly training programme. We will consider your family, your lifestyle and work commitments to ensure you get the most out of your plan.

Ongoing feedback and check-ins to make sure you are on track to reach your goals.

1-2-1 Ultra Running Coaching

Consultation video call/phone call with Mark Innocenti to discuss past present training, weekly commitments, work schedule and your goals.

A bespoke training programme will be created on our training app by Mark to help you reach your running goals, whether that be competing in your first Ultra Marathon or a specific event you are targeting.

Unlimited Whatapps/Emails.

A monthly call to review progress and adapt the plan as necessary.

Pre and post race calls.

To include advice around race nutrition, what kit to wear, pacing and racing strategies.

Training Plans

Custom training plans ranging from 6 – 16 weeks based on your ability and goals.

No matter what level you are or what running experience you have, these custom plans will bring structure to your training and help take your running to the next level.

Each training programme will focus on an end goal. For example, a 16-week marathon plan will finish with the race that you are aiming for.

All training plans come with mobility stretching and soft tissue foam rolling techniques which are incorporated into the weekly plan.

6-week 5k plan: £30

8-week 10k plan: £40

12-week half marathon plan: £55

16-week marathon plan: £75
